Remember why you loved the work at the start. You were close to the problem. You made things and saw them land. Then everything scaled, and the busywork crept in. The calendar filled with tasks a machine could do, and the work you actually cared about got squeezed into the margins. Most tools made this worse, not better.
We think it should run the other way. We’re building Kya so the repetitive work takes care of itself and people are free to do what only people can: solve the hard problem, make the creative leap, care about the details that matter.
